Seeing all the photos taken over the years I look back at the first time I met Joan. I was about 8 or 9 I think, and she and Bob had just moved to the McCasland farm a few miles south of where I grew up. Being so young I had no idea how dear she would become to me. I don't think I ever met a sweeter person, and she was beautiful inside and out. She will certainly be missed by many, but I know she is no longer suffering and I look forward to seeing her again. Love to all the McCasland family. I know how much you are going to miss her.
