Williams, Inc, working as an independent oil and gas operator and operated wells in Texas, Kansas, and Nebraska. When told he needed a hobby, Rob began a farming corporation in Kansas. He was also an avid hunter, gun collector, and lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Rob was a dedicated alumnus of his alma mater, WTAMU. One of his biggest bragging rights came when he was given the opportunity to coach one basketball game for the WT men's team. After securing a victory, he would thereon tell everyone that he was the "winningest coach" in the history of WT athletics. Rob was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Nick Williams and Eddie Williams, and sister Terry Lemons. Survivors include his wife, Judy; daughter, Natalie Gorrell and husband Adam of Lawrence, KS; son, Reagan Williams of Amarillo; granddaughters, Lydia Gorrell and Scarlette Gorrell; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to either CEF of West Texas, Panhandle Chapter (2700 S.
