Tyler Owens, 31, of Canyon, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Living Water Christian Fellowship with Shane Nease, pastor, officiating.
Tyler was born on January 25, 1990 in Abilene. He graduated from Canyon High School in 2008. Tyler married Gus Lewis in Canyon on March 19, 2016. He was a foreman at Carver Steel where he worked as a welder and crane operator. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and dearly loved his wife, his children, his dogs, his family and his friends.
Tyler is preceded in death by all his grandparents, his father, Lydell Owens, his mother, Gwen Brown, and a sister, Morgan. Survivors include his wife, Gus Owens; his children, Ryddeck and Reese; his mother, Pat Owens; brother, Joshua Milford; sister, Alexase Palomino and niece, Rowan; and many extended family and dear friends.
