Sunny Olson

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 26, 2010 at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon with Terry Ray McLemore officiating. Sunny K. Olson was born on May 2, 1946 in Shamrock, Texas to Howard and Freda Mae McLemore Wright. She married Don Olson in Shamrock on September 20, 1964. Sunny enjoyed working in her courtyards and will be remembered for her dedication to her family, for being an avid family sports fan, and for being a wonderful mother and great Nana. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Don Olson, of Amarillo; a daughter, Cheryl Malcolm and husband, Steve, of Canyon; two sons, Clint Olson and wife, Christi, and Chad Olson and wife Nikki, all of Canyon; seven grandchildren, Hayden Malcolm, Dakota Olson, McKenna Olson, Kenidy Olson, Cade Olson, Brody Olson, and Benjamin Malcolm; and a brother, William Douglas Wright and wife, Rosie, of Hedley.
