Shirley Doak

Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 7, 2006 at Acton United Methodist Church in Acton, Texas. Shirley Champion Doak was born on January 17, 1941 to Joseph and Doris James Champion in Fort Worth, Texas. She had lived in Granbury, Texas since 1959 and had recently moved to Canyon. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Granbury. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include, her two sisters, Beverly Sharp of Plano, TX, and Barbara Snow of Granbury, TX; three sons, George Doak and wife, Laquitta of Canyon, Steve Doak of Iraq, and Mike Doak of Iraq; four grandchildren; and half brother, Jim Gaddy of Fort Worth, TX.
