Shirlee Gilmore

Shirlee Ray Gilmore was born September 8, 1948 to Robert Harold and Inez Powell McDuff in Grandview, Texas. She married Harvey Ross Gilmore on January 20, 1996 in Amarillo, Texas. She was a Pharmacy Technician at the Northwest Texas Hospital for 20 years. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Sallie Proffitt in 1981, and Donna Barber in 2001. Survivors include; her husband, Harvey Gilmore of the home; sister, Mary Hightower of Springtown; three neices, Elaine Hunt of Fort Worth, Shellie Dacy of Fort Worth, and Stacey Telgren of Leavenworth, Kansas; and three nephews, Brian Yarborough of Longview, Robert Proffitt of Fort Worth, and Timothy Yarborough of Fort Worth. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be sent to the American Cancer Society; 3915 Bell Street, Amarillo, Texas 79109.
