Sandy Huddleston

Memorial services will be at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Faith Southwest United Methodist Church, 4415 Wesley St. Amarillo, TX, with Rev. Blossom Matthews officiating. Sandy Huddleston was born on August 22, 1950 to William and Retha Oler in Drumwright, OK. She graduated from Pampa High School in 1968 then attended Frank Phillips College in Borger. She married Ernie Huddleston on January 22, 1972 in Pampa. She was a life long member of the First United Methodist Church in Pampa where she sang in the Chancel Choir. She was a homemaker and a Cub Scout Den Mother for her sons. Sandy was known for her good sense of humor and loving spirit. She never hesitated to help anyone in need and was a loving grandmother to her four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie, parents, and a brother, Ronnie. Survivors include her three sons, Matthew Huddleston, James Huddleston, both of Amarillo, and Tim Huddleston, of Canyon; a brother, Steve Oler, of Richwood, TX; and four grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity of your choice.
