Ruth Mccullough

Services will be 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at Brooks Chapel with Rev. Gayle Bowen, officiating. Burial will be at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. Ruth McCullough was born on September 29, 1914 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Victor Roy Parks an Nell Hinds. Ruth married JJ McCullough in Mangum on March 17, 1935. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Canyon, where she was a nursery attendant for many years. She was also day care worker in Canyon and Amarillo. Ruth was a great seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, JJ, in 1968. Survivors include; daughter, Jayne Ruth McCullough of San Diego, CA; two grandchildren, Daniel Crowley of St. Petersburg, FL and Dirk Crowley of St. Petersburg, FL. Family suggests memorials be sent to American Cancer Society, 3915 Bell Street, Amarillo, Texas 79109.
