Russell Barnett

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 25 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at 311 T - Anchor View, Canyon, TX 79015. A private memorial service will be held. Private interment will be at the Claude Cemetery. Russell was born December 5, 1974. He graduated from Canyon High School in 1993. He was a very talented and compassionate person. He loved the outdoors. He was also a loving father and son. Survivors include his two children, Hope Elizabeth Barnett and Creek Samuel Barnett; parents, Sandra and Glen Metcalf, Rick and Linda Barnett; two brothers, Scott Barnett, Richard Barnett; and four sisters, Shelly Rudiger, Reagan Garrison, Erin Vickery, and Renee Bingham. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Challenge, 6500 Hope Rd., Amarillo, TX 79119.
