Rosanel Payne, 73, of Happy, died Wednesday, May 7, 2003, in Olton. Services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2003 at the Church of Christ in Happy with Rick Bloodworth, minister, and Mike Reed, minister of Church of Christ in Olton, officiating. Mrs. Payne will lie in state at Happy's Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday, May 9, at Happy's Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulia, Texas. Mrs. Payne was born on July 28, 1929 in Tulia to Elmo and Annie Speer. She married John A.
