Cremation under the direction of Brooks Funeral Directors. Services to be scheduled at a later date. Ricky Lee Cook was born on September 16, 1956 in Amarillo, TX to Roy and Dorothy Graves Cook. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked as a computer technician. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a long time resident of Houston and moved back to Canyon six years ago. He was a really good dad and friend. Survivors include his wife, Shawna Cook, of Houston; daughter, Casie Cook, of Houston; son, Kelley Cook, of Houston; parents, Roy and Dorothy Cook, of Canyon; and grandson, Logan Anthony Taft, of Houston.
