He was raised in Lubbock, TX. He appeared in two movies, "The Gambler" and "Thirteen Days to Glory,"and he assisted a friend in training stunt horses for Hollywood. He loved his friends and family. Survivors include three sons, Chad, Cody, and Casey Cook, all of Wolforth, TX; two sisters, Judy McDougall, of Canyon, TX, and Dianne Russell, of Lubbock, TX; brother, Mike Cook, of Terrell, TX; and two granddaughters. The family suggests memorials be sent to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79156.
