Reva Isaacs

Reva Isaacs, 78, of Happy, died Wednesday, February 26, 2003 in Amarillo. Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 1, 2003 at the University Church of Christ in Canyon with David Lough pastor, officiating. There will be a private interment at Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Texas. Reva Isaacs was born February 4, 1925 to David and Edith Harrod at Campo, Colorado. She married Amos Isaacs at Clayton, NM in 1950. He preceded her in death in 1996. She was a member of University Church of Christ and was very active in her church and quilting. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Marilyn Rothe in 1978 and a grandaughter Debbie Hilleary in 1994. Survivors include two daughters, Claudene Mayhan, and Carol O'Daniel, both of Happy, TX; one son, Asher Isaacs, of Abilene; stepson, Max Isaacs, of Dallas; two brothers, Kenneth Harrod, of Englewood, CO, and Jimmy Pearson, of Louisiana; seven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
