Porter Vaughn

Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, December 20, 2010 at Brooks Chapel with Rev. Debra Huffman, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating. Private Interment at Dreamland Cemetery. Porter Freeman Vaughn was born on August 30, 1925 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Tumi and Lockie Vaughn. He graduated from Handley High School in Ft. Worth and attended Texas Wesleyan College. He married Betty Barnett in Ft. Worth on January 20, 1958. He owned Services Unlimited in Canyon prior to his retirement in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Betty, of the home, and his son, Lance Vaughn.
