Oscar Gonzales

Services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 17, 2004 at Brooks Chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Viewing will be on Sunday, May 16 from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Brooks Chapel. Mr. Gonzales was born on November 30, 1954 in Sinton, Texas to Felix and Ramona Gonzales. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and National Guard. He was employed by Canyon ISD Maintenance Dept. He was preceded in death by his father in 1990. Survivors include his mother, Ramona G. Gonzales, of Canyon; one son, Oscar Gonzales, Jr., of Tulia; two sisters, Janie Derden, of Amarillo, and Ramona Subealdea, of Plainview; and four brothers, Simon Flores, of Amarillo, Roy Flores, of Tulia, Jose Arturo Flores, of Houston, and Teadoro Flores, of Hereford. The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony"s Hospice, PO Box 950, Amarillo, Texas 79176.
