Marshall Echevarria

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at St. Ann"s Catholic Church in Canyon with Rev. Phu Phan, celebrant. A Vigil will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, September 28, 2012 at Brooks Chapel. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. Marshall Lee Echevarria, III was born on March 13, 1984 in Canyon to Marshall and Gloria Echevarria, Jr. He graduated from Canyon High School in 2002 and received his associate"s degree from Amarillo College. He married the love of his life, Janet Blakely on November 26, 2005 in Hereford and worked for Hunting Titan in Pampa as an Instrumentation Technician. Marshall was creative and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed motorcycles and loved spending time with his children. He loved his family and was a wonderful dad, husband, son, and brother. He was a member of St. Mary"s Catholic Church in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marshall Echevarria, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Janet, and children, Havannah and Ryder, all of the home; his parents, Marshall and Gloria Echevarria, of Canyon; his sister, Larissa Vasquez and husband, Manuel, of Amarillo; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robbie and Lisa Blakely, of Hereford; brothers-in-law, James Blakely, of Wichita Falls, Jeremy Blakely and wife, Alyssa, of Chula Vista, CA, and Justin Blakely, of Hereford; sister-in-law, Jessica Blakely, of Canyon; grandparents, Lupe Echevarria, of Canyon, and Juan and Elisa Guevara, of Big Spring; four nephews and one niece.
