Luis Alexis Rodriguez-Chavez

Luis Alexis Rodriguez-Chavez, 25, of Canyon, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020. Services will be at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Brooks Chapel with Bishop Marcus Dorsey officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Brooks Chapel.

Luis was born on January 16, 1995 to Juan Pedro Rodriguez and Patricia Guadalupe Chavez. He graduated from Canyon High School in 2013 and then earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. He later attended the University of Denver in pursuit of his master's degree.

Luis was very hard working, dedicated, and kind, and he made friends wherever he went. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved going out and making the most of his life.

Survivors include his father, Juan Pedro Rodriguez; his mother, Patricia Guadalupe Chavez; brother, Pedro Gabriel Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Allison Rodriguez; and niece, Isabella Dawn Rodriguez.

Luis was very loved and will be missed greatly.
