Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Brooks Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Clay J. Brown, minister of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Amarillo, officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. Linda McCasland was born in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was raised in Amarillo in a loving home by her parents, J. Murl and Pearl Miller McCasland. Amarillo continued to be her home for all of her earthly life. Linda attended Wolflin Elementary, S.F. Austin Junior High and Amarillo High Schools. She continued her education at Trinity University, West Texas State University, and Oklahoma University School of Pharmacy. After college, Linda worked as a pharmacist at the St. Anthony Hospital Pharmacy and Maxor Drug Stores in Amarillo and Canyon. She had a passion for adopting and caring for rescue dogs. Linda enjoyed playing golf and taking trips to the New Mexico mountains and the Texas Gulf Coast. She was a loving, caring woman who found special pleasure in spoiling her nieces and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her brother, Bob McCasland and wife, Joan, of Canyon; her four nieces and their husbands, Kaye and Mark Gilliland, of Canyon, Carol and Jeff Roller, of Amarillo, Karen and Rudy Mediavilla, of Amarillo, and Keri Jane and Ryan Churchill, of Carl Junction, Missouri; and eleven grand nieces and grand nephews, Travis, Elizabeth, Megan, and Sarah Gilliland, of Canyon, Josh and Jenna Roller, of Amarillo, Elena, Anika, and Enrique Mediavilla, of Amarillo, and Lydia and Julia Churchill, of Carl Junction, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Amarillo Presbyterian Home for Children, 3400 S.
