Lee Griffin

Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at the Christian Heritage Church of Amarillo with Rev. Gary Burd officiating. Lee Griffin was born on August 11, 1955 in Canyon, Texas to Billy Ray and Clara Sue Hardaway Griffin. He was a lifetime resident of Canyon and graduated from Canyon High School. He married Mary Herring at Littlefield in 1976. He was employed at Griffin Service Station and was a member of Cowboy Church. Survivors include his parents, Ray and Sue Griffin, of Canyon; two daughters, Tonya Fulkerson, of Canyon, and Sheena Griffin, of Amarillo; one son, Shane Griffin, of Amarillo; one brother, Marvin Griffin, of Amarillo; three sisters, Nita McClain, and Barbara Oler, both of Canyon, and Laura Grover, of Amarillo; his goddaughter, Samantha, of Amarillo; and four grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Toys for Tots.
