Kenneth Welch

No services scheduled. Kenneth L. Welch was born on May 26, 1929 in Stamford, Texas to George and Clydia Welch. He graduated from West Texas High School in Canyon and married Darlene Plant in Amarillo in 1947. He worked on Nance Ranch for several years then moved to Amarillo in 1950. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Glenda Stuart, in 1969, one grandson, Robin Lee Stuart, in 1969, his mother, Clydia Souter, and one brother, Raymond Welch, in 1994. Survivors include his wife, Darlene Welch, of Amarillo; three daughters, April Smith, of Amarillo, and Roxann and Gay Welch, both of the home; one son, Monty Welch, of Amarillo; two brothers, Wayne and Doyle Welch, both of Amarillo; three sisters, Sybil Ogle and Juanita Beagle, both of Borger, and Norma Castor, of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.
