Kelly Gray Foster, 55, of Canyon, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Palo Duro Cowboy Church in Canyon with Tad Mann and Casey Wetsel officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 P.M. on Monday at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon.

Kelly was born on December 20, 1965 in Canyon to Richard Gray and Dorothy (Bachman) Foster. He married Tammy Lynn Neasbitt on October 1, 2011 in Amarillo. They were soulmates and Kelly often said he wished he had met her sooner. He worked for Farmac and was a member and Elder at Palo Duro Cowboy Church. He loved his family and church family and loved the Lord so deeply that he shared his faith every day. Kids were attracted to him and he decided to take the young kids class at church and loved it when they wanted to read the Bible.

Kelly was a great dad to so many. When anyone asked him for something, he always said yes. He was known to do a job right; no cutting corners. Horses were his passion and loved it when Tammy got a chance to go riding with him. Kelly loved life to the fullest. He had a contagious smile and a laugh to boot. He often said 'We are living day to day because tomorrow is not promised." We know where he is now and suspect he is asking God, "What can I build for you? And by the way, have you heard this joke...?"

Kelly is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Lynn Foster of Canyon; son, Brandon McWilliams of Borger; daughter, Brittney McWilliams of Borger; grandchildren, Katelyn and MaKenzie McWilliams; his best friend, Molly, his dog; sisters, Lissa Schoenenberger and husband, Michael of Happy, Dana Moreland and husband, Jay of Amarillo, Kim Thomas of Amarillo, and Kimber Clark of Commerce; sister-in-law, Gail Lewis of Borger; and numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and extended family.

The family suggests memorials be to Palo Duro Cowboy Church, 12200 US-60, Canyon, TX 79015.
