Juanita was a wonderful homemaker who devoted her life to raising her children, and she played an integral part in raising her grandchildren as well. She loved cooking and sewing and immensely enjoyed family gatherings and cookouts. Sitting in her swing and watching the wildlife, particularly the birds, deer, and rabbits, was a favorite pastime, and she took great pleasure in her many golfcart rides. Juanita was also an avid supporter of Special Olympics through the years.

St. Ann's Catholic Church, where she was a lifetime and very faithful member, was a vitally important part of Juanita's life. She never ceased praying for her loved ones and anyone who had a need.

Juanita is also preceded in death by three sisters, Marcelina Vigil, Josephine Martinez, and Frances Backus.
Survivors include her seven children, Beverly Cerbantez and husband, Alex, Cynthia Rodriguez and husband, Joe, Agnes Aragon, Pete Aragon, Jr., Mary Bowling and husband, David, Joanna Aragon and Sammy Gaitan, and Jerome Aragon and wife Monica; 22 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the BSA Hospice team and to DeeDee in particular for her wonderful care.
