Johnny Baker

Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon with Rev. Gene Jones, associate pastor, First Baptist Church of Canyon, officiating. Johnny Baker was born on October 26, 1953 in Ft. Worth, TX to JH Baker and Dorothy Glass. He worked at Tyson for 13 years and currently worked as Service Manager for Amarillo Outdoor Equipment. He loved music and riding his motorcycle. Johnny was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy, and a brother, Eddie Glass. Survivors include his fiancee, Barbara Allen, of Canyon; a daughter, Chaise Baker, of Amarillo; a granddaughter, Lola Lusk, of Amarillo; his father and stepmother, JH and Lou Baker, of Ft. Worth; three sisters, Tammy Baker, April Sealy and husband, Scott, and Laura Simmons and husband, Kevin, all of Ft. Worth; a brother, Dale Glass and wife, Anne, of Glen Rose, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and lots of dear friends.
