John Steelman

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the Hereford Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. John Albert Steelman was born on July 3, 1933 in Bovina, Texas to Wilma and Carrol Steelman. He was married to his wife, Betty, for 51 years and they have lived in Canyon for the last 38 years. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and a sister, Patsy Bradley. Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; two sons, Denny Steelman, of Canyon and Shannon Steelman, of Hereford; one daughter, Kim Golden, of Canyon; a brother, Rocky Steelman, of Portales, NM; eleven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
