John Greenwood

Memorial services will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, December 17 at Brooks Chapel with Glen Walton, minister of Bell Avenue Church of Christ, officiating. John Michael ""Mike"" Greenwood was born May 16, 1949 in Lubbock, Texas to Thomas and Margarie Greenwood. He served 13 years in the United States Marine Corp and one year of duty in Vietnam. On July 23, 1994, he married Mindy Simon in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by his father, and a daughter, Wendy. Mike is survived by his wife, Mindy, of the home; two sons, Jason, of New Mexico, Richard, of Amarillo; daughter, Sara, of Lubbock; and his mother, Margarie King, of Lubbock.
