Memorial services will be at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Messiah's House in Amarillo with Tommy Spencer, minister, officiating. Joe Dale Fenn was born on June 24, 1961 to Joseph and Patricia Boyd Fenn. He was a beloved nurse, husband, father, son, and grandfather. Survivors include his wife, Julie Fenn; a son, Andrew Fenn; a daughter, Leslie Fenn; two grandchildren; a brother, Hank Fenn; and a sister, Cissy Burch. The family suggests memorials be to Messiah's House, 514 SW 8th Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79101.
