Jodonna Waxler

Services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Happy with Rev. Tom Stribling officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Happy's Memorial Chapel. Viewing will be in Happy's Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Happy Cemetery, Happy, Texas. JoDonna Lundegreen Waxler was born on June 1, 1977 in Amarillo to Ace Lundegreen and Lynn Ferguson. She graduated from River Road High School in 1995 and married Andy Waxler in Amarillo on February 14, 1996. JoDonna was a wonderful homemaker and a dedicated cheerleader for her family, friends and community. She loved to help others and was always active in her community. She enjoyed playing softball and loved horses. She was a 4H leader and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Happy. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donnie Ralston, and Oscar and Ruby Lundegreen, a sister, Joretta Lundegreen, and a sister-in-law, Dee Dee Lundegreen. Survivors include her husband, Andy, of Happy; two sons, Colton Lundegreen and Jack Waxler; two daughters, Daisy Waxler and Brittany Babcock; a granddaughter, Bailey Babcock; her mother, Lynn Ferguson; her father and step-mother, Ace and Shirley Lundegreen; four siblings, Carmen Swindell, Vicki Pettit, Lucky Lundegreen, and Peggy Walker; two brothers-in-law, Leo Britten and Cody Britten; two sisters-in-law, Annette Waxler and Kay Lynn McLaughlin; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund, PO Box 56, Happy, TX 79042.
