Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 28 at Brooks Chapel with Rev. Gilbert Del Toro, pastor of the Church of the Comforter in Tulia, TX, officiating. Interment will be at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. Mr. Delgado will be available for viewing on Sunday, June 27 from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. Jesse C. Delgado was born August 13, 1962 in Tulia, Texas to Lorenzo and Julia Herrera Delgado. Survivors include his wife, Felicita Delgado; three children, Lydia Delgado, Ricky Delgado, and Jesse Diego Delgado; and his mother and step-father, Julia and Enrique Lopez.
