Jeri Bright

Graveside services will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Dreamland Cemetery with Pastor Mike Nuthman, Congregational Care pastor of Hillside Christian Church in Amarillo, officiating. Jeri Bright was born December 18, 1935 in Lipan, Texas to Gus and Opal Green Henderson. She married Keith Bright on October 27, 1951 at Bryan, Texas. Jeri operated West Texas Keypunch Service, and was a Canyon resident for 36 years. She was a loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Gusta Boase, and a grandson, Clayton Mathew Bright. Survivors include husband, Keith Bright, of the home; daughter, Phylis McMahan and husband, Joe, of Canyon; two sons, Randy Bright and wife, Verna, of Austin, Chris Bright and wife, Natalie, of Canyon; sister, Emma Strickler, of Lipan, TX; six grandchildren, Jared McMahan, Chance McMahan, Joseph Dallmann, Lindsay Bright, Casey Bright, and David Bright; and three great grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be made to a favorite charity.
