Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 21 at Dreamland Cemetery. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 21 at Brooks Chapel with The Rev. Dr. Don McDonald, officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 20 from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. at Brooks Chapel. The family will be at 4712 Shawnee in Amarillo. Jane Edmondson, was her name, gentle, compassionate, friendly and sweet, upbeat, creative, generous, and kind. All in a petite frame of less than five feet. Helen Jane Boone was her given name. April 18, 1921 was the day of her birth. She had a long and a full happy life. She was married to Jack for 67 years. He was the love of her life, her soul mate. She loved cooking and sewing and all kinds of crafts. She also loved painting on anything that was small, and her Christmas ornaments will be treasured by all. She was an avid sports fan especially when her grandkids were playing or WT and the Spurs, but the Rangers were her favorite. Jane was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack in 2009. Survivors include a son, Tony Edmondson and wife, Dotty, of San Antonio; two daughters, Terry Langwell and husband, Eddie, of Claude, Jerry Owens and husband, Gerrel, of Pampa; ten grandchildren, Sander Edmondson, Clint Allen, Rick Edmondson, Troy Owens, Cannon Allen, Lynn Leigh McCollum, Dusty Langwell, Casey Owens, David Owens, and Tonya Garza; fourteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Jim Boone, of Lamesa, Dan Boone, of Burleson; a sister, Joanne Nelson, of Lamesa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
