Jack Collins

Services will be held at a later date. Jack Collins was born on January 3, 1952 to Roy and Leola Collins in Guymon, OK. He served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in Vietnam. He owned First Vermont Capital Management in Burlington, VT and after retirement was a gemologist. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Collins, wife, Cathi Collins, brother, Rod Collins, and son, Christopher Collins. Survivors include his mother, Leola Collins, of Canyon; sister, Cathy Collins, of Canyon; sister-in-law, Lynette Collins, of Borger; children, Caitlin Collins, of Lubbock, Jennifer Collins, of Hesston, KS, Jaime Lamb and husband, Shawn, of Hesston, KS, and Jason Collins, of Lakin, Kansas; and grandchildren, Brianna and Madyson Lamb, Cameron and Colton Collins, and Avonlea Mildenstein. The family suggests memorials go to Odyssey Hospice, 6900 I-40 W. Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
