Irene Page

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 10 at Trinity Baptist Church in Amarillo (located at 1601 I-40 West on Wolflin and Bowie) with Bev Gambrel, officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Irene Page was born February 1, 1923 in Boswell, Oklahoma to Robert and Suzie Fort. She graduated from high school in Telephone, Texas. On December 30, 1940, she married Bud Page in Monkstown, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2001. Irene"s kids and grandkids were the joy of her life. She cared for her family and always put others first. Irene loved to share her love for the Lord with others with her sweet spirit. Irene is survived by her daughter, Shirley Cochran and husband, Bud, of Amarillo; son, Kenneth Page, of Wichita Falls; two brothers, Eugene V. Fort, of Lancaster, CA, and Charley Fort, of Bullhead City, AZ; two grandsons; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
