Helyn Mueller

The services will be held 2:00 p..m. Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Brooks Chapel with Rev. Terry Meyer, Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Helyn Mueller was born on September 24, 1922 in Canyon, Texas to Friedrich and Gesine Wiechmann Schuettte. She graduated from Canyon High School in 1934. She then attended Amarillo Business School, and was later employed by Social Security where she worked until her retirement. She attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by husband, Victor Mueller, in 2001, two brothers, Bill Schuette, in1995, and Oscar Schuette, in 2002, and one nephew, David Schuette, in 1992. Survivors include two sisters, Wilma A. Hollis, of Amarillo, and Betty Stevens, of Longmont, Colorado; three nieces; two nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery fund or BSA Hospice, Box 950, Amarillo, Texas 79101.
