Services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 18 at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Enns, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Dreamland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Brooks Chapel. Harry Oliver Buster was born December 2, 1940 in Childress to Sterling and Mary Buster. He graduated from Childress High School and from West Texas State College in 1963. He married Barbara Kay Myers on June 1, 1963 in Canyon. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Canyon. He worked for Dun & Bradstreet and then was a self employed auto technician for many years. Harry was known for his love of Volkswagens and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Buster, of Canyon; son, Rick Buster and wife, Pat, of Dalhart; granddaughter, MaKayla Buster; daughter, Paula Hands and husband, Robert, of Amarillo; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Kaleigh Ohmes and husband, Gary, and their son, Michael, Holly Wyche and husband, Brandon, and their daughter, Riley, Lisa Langan and husband, Bobby, and their son, Robby, Jacob Hands, Marti Hands, Andrew Hands, Thomas Hands, Annie Hands, Isaac Hands, and Josiah Hands; son, Jeff Buster and wife, Caroline, of Canyon; sister, Lucy Britian and husband, Dannie; special friend, Pastor Peter Ndamba and wife, Lydia, of Zimbabwe; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
