Harriet Renner

Harriet Renner, 73, of Canyon passed away on January 21, 2018 in Canyon.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 25 at Brooks Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Harriet was born June 1, 1944 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Eddie and Eva Idleman. She moved to Canyon in 1963 and married Jerry Renner on January 2, 1982. She was a beautician for 33 years. She enjoyed crafts of all kinds, especially quilting. She loved her family and enjoyed baking birthday cakes for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings, Hazel Westfall, Hershel Idleman, Herrel Idleman, Herman Idleman, Helen Idleman and Hubert Idleman.  Survivors include her sister, Jane Little of Howardwick; daughter, Jeania Noggler and husband, Tom, of Canyon; son, Joe Woods of Orange Park, Florida; grandchildren Shawn Noggler and wife, Denise of Canyon, Krystal McCune and husband, Tim of Canyon, Geoffrey Woods and wife, Kim of Orange Park, Gennifer Woods of Orange Park, and Gharred Woods of Orange Park; great-grandchildren Braelynn and Blaine McCune and Tinzly Noggler. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch P.O. Box 1890 Amarillo, Texas 79174.
