Fred Richard

Fred Richard, 71, of Amarillo, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday September 16, 2022 at Brooks Chapel with Roland Taylor, pastor of the Loft Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Directors.

Fred was born on November 4, 1950 in Canadian to Frederick and Elizabeth (Rogers) Richard. He married Christine Collins in September of 1998 at the First Christian Church in Canyon. He dearly loved being a full-time grandpa and was deeply loved by his family.

Fred is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carol Daniels. Survivors include his wife, Christine Collins; three sisters, Beverly McClure and husband, Tom, P. K. Poole, and Pamela Riggins and husband, Bill; one brother, Sam Richard and wife, Kay; two daughters, Emily Richard and her siblings, Raymond, Gracie, and Maricela, and Elizabeth Williams and her siblings, Christopher and Jessica; 17 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many other extended family members.
