David Marshall

Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 2 at the Cole Community Center with Chaplain Sheryl Brown, officiating. David L. Marshall was born March 6, 1957 in Canyon to Charles and Dortha Stallings Marshall. He married Laura Hagan on August 6, 1977 in Seagraves. David worked for the City of Canyon Water Department for 34 years. He was an active member of the Canyon City Masonic Lodge No. 730. He was also a member of the Shriner's, where he was part of the motorcycle escort. He enjoyed going out on his motorcycle and traveling with his family. He loved life and his family very much. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Kathleen. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Laura; daughter, Jennifer Pryor; two grandchildren, Sierra and Deven; four brothers, Karl Marshall, Clarence Marshall and wife Sherry, Johnny Marshall, Larry Marshall and wife Louie; one sister, Cindy Carlson and husband Bruce; two nieces, Kristina Holloway and husband Justin, Samantha Marshall; and one nephew, Brian Hagan. The family suggests memorials be to the Don and Sybil Harrington Cancer Foundation, 1600 Wallace Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79106.
