Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church, 1818 4th Avenue in Canyon with Brother Jack Cook, pastor of Wyatt Dr. Baptist Church of Ft. Worth, officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Amarillo, Texas. Cindy Vinson was born on April 7, 1976 at Kinchloe Air Force Base, Michigan to Donald and Yvonne Hawthorne Henry. Her family moved to Amarillo when she was a young child and she graduated from Palo Duro High School. She worked at Whit Co Checks in Amarillo for many years before moving to Ft. Worth in 2013. In Ft. Worth, Cindy was employed at Texhoma Land Consultants. She married Jason Vinson on July 21, 2001. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Glen Gammill and Hubert Henry, and her grandmother, Arlene Henry. Survivors include her husband, Jason, of Ft. Worth; three children, Austin, Charles, and Kaylie, of Ft. Worth; her sister, Debra Burnett and husband, Gary, of Amarillo; her brother, David Henry and wife, Dara, of Enid, OK; her mother, Yvonne Henry, of Amarillo; her father, Donald Henry and wife, Pat, of Nevis, MN; her grandmother, Vivian Gammill, of Amarillo; and her half sister, Shana Bridwell and husband, Austin.
