Charles Burrus

Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church of Canyon with Dale Hogan, brother-in-law, officiating. Charles E. Burrus was born on February 21, 1942 in Randall County to Tony and Dorothy Hagar Burrus. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Powers, of Amarillo; two sons, Brad Burrus and wife, Anna, of Pensacola, FL, and Todd Burrus, of Amarillo; one granddaughter, Alison Burrus, of Aberdeen, NC; three brothers, Jackie Burrus and wife, Martha, of Childress, Bobby Burrus and wife, Linda, of Vernon, and Tony Burrus and wife, Cindy, of Canyon; and one sister, Tricia Morgan, of Amarillo.
