Cecil Dahlke

Cecil Dahlke, 83, of Canyon, died Wednesday, May 1, 2002. Services will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 4, 2002 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon with Gig Siemens, Alvin Howard, and Melvin Darnell officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. He was born on May 3, 1918 in Avery, OK to August and Mary Ahner Dahlke. He married Dorothy Hammack in Mountain Home, AR in 1938. They moved to Canyon in 1964 and he owned and operated Whites Auto Store. He was also a carpenter and worked on dams including Bull Shoals and Norfork Dams in Mountain Home, AR. He was a member of the Sixth Avenue Church of Christ in Canyon. He was preceded in death by one
