Carol Schwab

Carol Thomas Schwab passed away peacefully on December, 21, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.
She was 84. Born on February 14, 1940, Carol was a beacon of love and dedication for her
family.

Carol was born in Perryton, Texas where she graduated from high school before attending the
University of Texas, Austin where she met her husband, George Schwab. They were married for
62 years. Known for her exceptional culinary skills, Carol was a gourmet cook who loved to
nourish her family with her incredible delicacies.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Sarah Frances and Mary Beth Connolly; and her
cherished grandchildren, Carson Kaufman, Caroline and John Connolly. Carol was preceded in
death by her mother, Mary Thomas; her brother, Steve Thomas; and her husband, George
Schwab.

Carol will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to the
well-being of her children and grandchildren. Her warmth and kindness will be missed forever
