Carol Anderson

Heaven's gates opened for Carol Anne Anderson on January 12, 2020.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo with Rev. Gene Jones officiating. Carol was born on April 22, 1957 in Amarillo to Raymond and Ruth Thomas Jordan.  She was a 1975 graduate of Caprock High School.  She loved her dogs, her Saturdays with her Aunt Janet, and was most passionate about her three grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her father and her husband.  Survivors include her daughter, Jena Anderson of Amarillo; her son, David Anderson and wife, Heather of Canyon; three grandchildren, Kelli, Maci, and Kyler; her mother, Ruth Jordan of Amarillo; four siblings, Kenneth Jordan, Beverly Porter, and Susan Taylor, all of Amarillo and Steven Jordan of Guadalupita, NM; and a large extended family. The family suggests memorials be to Jan Werner Adult Day Care, 3108 S. Fillmore, Amarillo, TX 79110.
