Carl Dodson

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Arden Road Baptist Church of Amarillo with Dale Bigham, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. Carl "Nick" Clinton Dodson was born on September 24, 1932 in Duncan, Oklahoma to C.A. and Ruth Dodson. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and met his wife, Kass while serving in San Diego. They were married there in 1955. He retired from the W.T.A.M.U. Maintenance Department in 1998 and was an active member of the Arden Road Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Hank, and a sister, Gladys. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn "Kass" Dodson, of the home; two sons, Mike Dodson, of Amarillo and Cody Dodson, of Austin; one sister, Faye Risner, of Amarillo; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
