Brittnie was born on May 18, 1985 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Sheldon and Suzette (Cooper) Jackson. Growing up, she had the privilege of traveling extensively with her family following her father’s military career where he was stationed in Anchorage, AK, Wichita Falls, TX, Omaha, NB, Sacramento, CA, Misawa, Japan, and Spokane, WA. She graduated from Shadle Park High School in Spokane and subsequently met and married Randy Raban on September 6, 2003.

During her travels, Brittnie developed many friendships along the way and continued to maintain these relationships through the years. She enjoyed life to the fullest and was lovingly known as the life of the party.

Randy served in the U.S. Air Force for 15 years and she continued her military travel with him to Vacaville, CA, Spangdahlem, Germany, Honolulu, Hawaii, and lastly, to Canyon in 2018. She worked various jobs during this time that enhanced her work toward her degree. She received her Master of Health Administration from Capella University in 2014. Brittnie was the manager at Allsup’s in Canyon for the last six years.

Brittnie loved fashion and her nails, hair, shoes, and sunglasses were always the latest style. She liked her music loud and enjoyed singing along. She adored her family above all else and loved doting on her boys and all her nieces and nephews. Her family and all those that knew and loved her will forever remember her giving and tender heart and her empathy towards others. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Brittnie is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Polly Cooper and LaRae Jackson, aunt, Kristie Manwaring, and cousins, Tanner Lane Welch and Paige Jackson.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Raban; her two sons, Jay and Braedon; three siblings, Heather Workman and husband, Matthew, Alysha Blackner and husband, Blake, and Benjamin Jackson and wife, Miku; grandfather, Bobby L. Cooper; and 24 nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to help her sons. Donations are accepted at Amarillo National Bank under the Sheldon and Suzette Jackson account.
