Brandy Heathington Nogle, 45, of Canyon, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Her celebration of life will be from 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Rustic Meadows Event Center, Canyon, Texas.
Brandy was born on February 13, 1980 in Canyon. She graduated from Canyon High School in 1998 where she was a Trumpet player in the Soaring Pride Band and thoroughly enjoyed her art classes. She then received her Phlebotomy license from Amarillo College and worked with her mother and grandmother in their paramedical services business. They gave physicals and exams for life insurance companies in the area, and she quickly became known as the best phlebotomist in the panhandle. She most recently worked at a day habilitation facility where she was proudly known as "Momma Brandy." She wouldn't let a single client leave without thinking they were one of her own.
Brandy was loved by so many people for her radiant smile and amazingly optimistic outlook, and her presence was known to brighten any room she entered. She found only the good in people and befriended anyone in need, taking them in and claiming them as her own. Her home was always open to anyone, and her compassion for the less fortunate was evident through her nurturing spirit. She was a wonderful mother, not only to her three daughters, but to anyone in need of a mother. She adored her grandchildren who lovingly called her Grammy. She loved music and was a talented pianist, as well as a gifted artist. She was a football enthusiast and a huge fan of the Houston Texans.
Brandy is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clinton and Sandra Price, Bea Heathington, and father-in-law, Allen Heppard.
Survivors include her daughters, Reagan Housh and husband, Dakota, Savannah Nogle, and Trinity Nogle; grandchildren, Rosalie, River, and Augustus Housh; her ex-husband, Shane Nogle; parents, Kim and Kimberly Heathington; brother, David Heathington and wife, Kassian; nieces and nephews, Serenity, Felicity, and Lyric Heathington, Makinzi Swepston, and Tristan Beaty; mother-in-law, Vickie Heppard; and numerous extended family.
