Bettye Hurst, 60, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, November 20, 2001. Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 24, 2001 at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon, with Sister Mary Morrissey, officiating. Betty Hurst was born in Delta County, Texas on June 23, 1941 to W.E. Woodruff and Gladys Powell Woodruff. She graduated from Sunray High School in 1960. She moved to Amarillo in 1962. She was a devout mother and unwavering caregiver to her children. Survivors include one daughter,
