Barbara Thornton

Barbara J. Jones Thornton was born in Borger on September 23, 1947daughter of Milton Jonce Clement and Aura Jane Clement. She married Dwight Lynn Jones on February 4, 1966. She was preceded in death by her husband Dwight Lynn Jones, her father Milton Jonce Clement & her grandmother Mildred Rook. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy L. Thornton; daughter, Kassi Weavers and husband Cody, their children Tyler Harrison, Faith Weavers & Jaidyn Weavers, of Canyon. Son, Cody Jones and wife, Amy, their children Emily Jones & Seth Jones, of Canyon. Her mother, Aura Jane Clement, brother, Jonce Milton Clement, both of Amarillo; and sister, Deb Ross Carter and husband, Brad, of Shamrock; Mary Thornton of Sunray, brother-in-law: Eddie Thornton and wife Lupe of Dumas, sisters-in-law: Fannie Cameron and husband, Dick of Amarillo, Sue Ritchey of Dalhart, Glenda Brittain and husband Kenneth of Conway, AR Helen Stewart of Amarillo; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom loved her very much.
