Audrey Morris

Services will at 10:00 AM at Brooks Chapel in Canyon on Monday, July 14, 2008 with Rev. Debra Huffman of First Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. Audrey Morris was born April 15, 1909 in Donley County, Texas to Bert and Julia Meador Ayers. Audrey graduated from Hedley High School. She married Emory Morris, he preceded her in death. Later in life she married Ernest Eades. He preceded her in death in 1995. She moved to Phoenix from Oklahoma City in 1955, and then moved to Canyon in 1995. Audrey was a member of First Christian Church. She was a manager for the C.R. Anthony Co. for over 50 years. Audrey is survived by her nephews, Ric Wester of Amarillo, Cliff Stogner of Lubbock, Herald Stogner of Prescott, AZ, and Dale Ayers of Albuquerque, NM; and her nieces Jeanette Green of Amarillo, Marie Gardner of Amarillo, and Marilyn Swindell of Amarillo.
