Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 11 at Dreamland Cemetery with Rev. Rick Enns, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, and Dr. Mike Bellah, officiating. Anna Fern Bellah was born September 4, 1924 to Florence Brown Zimmer and Anton Zimmer in Stratford, Texas. She passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015 after a brief illness. She graduated from Canyon High School and West Texas State with a degree in home economics and was a member of Delta Zeta Chi and the Theta Pi chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. On October 12, 1950, she married J.C. Bellah. They made their home in Canyon, eventually residing in the Bellah family home on Fifth Avenue, where they raised their daughters. Fern was a long time member of First United Methodist Church and is preceded in death by her husband, her two daughters, Jaycene Vuicich and Sheryl White, a grandson, Robert Chancellor Vuicich, four brothers and four sisters. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Amarillo Center for Skilled Care for their caring spirit and compassion the last year. She is survived by her grandchildren, Heather White Guillen and husband Moses, Chelsee Vuicich, Christen Vuicich, Chase Vuicich and wife Jesika, two great grandchildren, Jase and Jathan Vuicich, her sons-in-law, Barron E. White and Bob Vuicich, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Canyon, 1818 4th Ave., Canyon, TX 79015 or Sheryl's Heart Foundation, c/o City Bank, 7901 North Mesa, El Paso, TX 79932.
