Ann Warwick

Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Brooks Chapel with Rev. Rick Enns, pastor, First United Methodist Church, officiating. Launita Ann Warwick was born July 3, 1944 at the U.S. Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA to Gerald and Jaunita Warwick. Ann graduated from Canyon High School in 1962. She graduated from West Texas State University with a bachelor and masters degree in business. She taught business at Hereford High School retiring after 36 years. She was a 50 year member of Delta Zeta sorority and was a lifetime member of the First United Methodist Church of Canyon. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family wishes to thank the staff of Childers Place and Hospice Care of the Southwest for their excellent care. Ann is survived by a sister, Sandy Leffler and husband, Bob, of Arlington; two nieces, Emma and Gretchen Leffler; cousins, Pat Haley Leveridge, Dennis Haley and Rebecca Haley Harp; and an aunt, Dorothy Haley. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Canyon Fire Department, PO Box 98, Canyon, TX 79015 or to First United Methodist Church, 1818 4th Ave., Canyon, TX 79015.
